This practical decoy dispenser tool is manufactured by Omegaton Industries. It's the ultimate gadget for surviving potentially lethal encounters. It will give the user a chance to escape if chased by a faster and overwhelming hostile opponent, such as a large animal or similar creature. When used the tool will eject a small Decoy as the user is running away. The decoy is designed to transmit various impulses on different frequencies that are able to annoy and distract most aggressive pursuers enough to trick them to a standstill, giving the user time to escape safely. Decoys need to be purchased separately.

This tool is available at the Trade Terminal, together with the needed Decoys.
