Go to Guardian Village and then out the west gate to see Azraq at /wp [Planet Toulan, 133766, 93354, 109, Azraq]
Complete the dialogue to receive the incantation required to access the mission
Swim, fly or teleport to Burj Al-Hawa Tower, and go to the Interactive pad at /wp [Planet Toulan, 133427, 92679, 159, Interactive pad]
Select the incantation as provided by Azraq, which will consume the Nawa Energy Cells in your inventory
Kill the creatures and loot the 3 boxes behind the door after the boss. VU 18.8.0 BMRF
You must visit Azraq again to repeat.
