The Ore Refiners, and the Enmatter refiners are not miscellaneous tools.  They are Mining Tools and should be places with such.

It seems to me refiners are not specifically miners tools, more crafting tools. Resources can also be looted from mobs.

But in auction they are listed as "mining tools". And remember that this is a thing that all miners carry - beside, certain items can be crafted with animal oils or robot parts, not needed to be refined.

I really doubt that the beautician chairs or shopkeeper/mannequin pads are tools... I'm also uncertain when it comes to hangar parts.
For me tools are the things can be handheld, and I doubt the pads and chairs are. They should be listed as a furniture, in the same way as the Personal Crafting Terminal.
