Requires Hell Key I to enter. Solo-instance Lon: 39115 , Lat: 21265 (near firewall ridge TP) When you do the rounds stay on the side with the trade terminal, as you only have 20 seconds to shoot the thing for spawning the boss.
After 5 rounds you get to pick whether to leave, spawn more rounds or spawn the boss. You got 20 seconds to decide, after 20 second more rounds will be automatically spawned and you get the next chance to spawn boss after another 5 (?) rounds. If you log out during the run, then you will be spawned outside upon logging back in without recieving any loot! (you may have to request a refund via support ticket)
In case of death, there's a revival terminal inside the instance and you can continue the run.
Each round is 3 waves of a mixture of 4 L32 & L34 Belial's Legionaires , L38 & L40 Leviathan's Legionaire The boss is:
